NU-TEC Incorporated does not sell stoves. We sell cast-iron bodies that are used by heater manufacturers. Replacement parts and service are supplied by our customer, the heater manufacturer that marketed you stove.
Each stove should have a permanent safety label with the name of the manufacturer. The label is generally located on the back of the stove in a location that does not get too hot. This label will also have the model information that you will need for technical assistance. Contact information is also listed in the Instruction Manual provided with the heater.
Upland® airtight woodstoves (17,27,107,and 207) - These models were produced by the Upland Stove Company in Greene, NY in the early 1980's. Some parts such as baffles and gaskets are available through Woodman's parts Plus call 1-800-522-8216 or E-mail them at Sales@woodmanpartsplus.com.
